Sundance Renovation

This Cape Cod-style house in Greenwich, Connecticut was strategically modified to open up the interior of the first floor living space and expand the upstairs bedroom space via new dormers designed to work with the existing language of the house. A generous Primary Bedroom Suite was provided on the 2nd floor with a new Den/Guest Room created on the first floor.
